I paid $124.95 for electric superchrger over a month back. I was promised delivery 1-2 weeks. Then was told 4 weeks. It's been over a month and nothing yet

I placed the order on the 12th of january, promising delivery within 1-2 weeks. Leroy sent me the tracking number few days later, shipement was with usps as he said. The tracking number he gave me was wrong. I followed up with e-mail but with no result. The last update from leroy that it takes 4 weeks to ship it to dubai. It has been more than 4 weeks and i still do not have it. Each time i got e-mail from leroy, i get conflicting information and stories, but the bottom line that i paid money and i do not have the unit.
