For the Seat belt in a 1993 blazer, called in gave them the model and year, took the Vehicle in 4 times before they got it right, always oops we made an error, we will give you a call when the part comes in. Unlike Chevrolet employees, i consider my time important.
The Transmission for a 1999 Tahoe, took it in, dropped it off, Scheduled, was told it would take (about) 3 days, 5 days later i called they said it should be done that afternoon, the following day i called in, they said come get it, i drove off, only to have the Engine check lights and several other Warning lights come on in the dash, made another Appoint to drop it off, this time they got right to it, let me know it would take another day. Apparently the wires got pinched in the Bellhousing, i come back the next day and they handed me the bill for the repairs, i had to dispute the charges, the damage was caused by there people when they put in the new Transmission, stood around for another 30 min or so before anyone would talk to me, very displeased individual (big tall guy) signed it off.
Poor customer service.
The dates that these events happened were several years apart (4 years perhaps).
