Dealership lied and tried to commit insurence fraud

I live in California I went to Arizona to purchase my vehicle because thats where the better deal was. While going through all the contract and paper work signing I asked about the 30 day insurance (Binder) provided by the car dealer and the car sales person told me Oh! We dont offer the insurance because of all the old people here in this area. If we give them insurance what they will do is, leave the lot cancel it then add their own insurance for the car then we the dealership loose money so we just dont offer insurance." I reiterated that I didnt have any insurance under my name; he then proceeded to ask my girl friend if she had insurance she said yes; but it doesnt have his name on it or the car. He asked her for her info and said he would make sure to make the proper arrangements and that it would be covered under my girlfriends insurance if anything was to happen. He then took her info and made copies. I financed the car through Capitol one not the dealership.
When I got back to California I was hit by a guy who backed into my car. I tried getting it covered through my girlfriends insurance but since the car hadnt been added nor had the insurance company been notified that it was going to be added, and the car was under my name only the insurance refused to help because my girls name was not on the car title and the insurance policy belongs to her and her only.

When I called the dealership to let them know they said that there is nothing that they can do. This is when i realized that they had LIED to me just so that they can get their car sale. Then 2 days later I got a call from Capitol One they told me that they were going to cancel my loan because they found out that the car had been in an accident and they werent going to finance a damaged car. When I called the dealer again to forewarn them about the check from capitol one being canceled, they stated that if thats the case then their lawyers were going to come after me to get payment for the car. Then the next day the dealer called me and told me that they were going to overnight me the 30 day insurance paper work they would back date it to the day of the purchase and I needed to sign it and send it back ASAP, on 12/10 I received the paper work and I noticed that the form was filled out improperly and when I notified the sales manager at Liberty Buick he told me to cross out what ever was wrong on the form and fill it out with what I though was right.

All this sounded funny to me so I called the insurance company in wich the dealership was trying to sell me and they told me that if I was to sign the back dated form I could be commiting insurence fraud. I then contacted the dealerships general manager and she told me that I needed to speak to the sales manager. When I spoke to the sales manager for the 2nd time he asked me to email him pictures of the damages to the car and promised to call me back, I called him back 3 days later and he stated to me that they werent going to do anything for me he then proceded to give me the dealerships lawyer information and said this is all that I can do for you do what u need to do. Very Rude! I also filed a complaint with the Buick corporate offices on 1/11, I followed up with the Buick corporate offices I was told that the dealership refused to comment or further address the issue.

Currently seeking a lawyer that can assist me. If anyone knows of one or other agencies that can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Currently have GMC, DMV investigators, investigating the matter.
