We ordered a part in good faith from EAP. They said they'd ship it out via fedex, but they didn't offer COD. We sent them a check and the part never showed. We called them, repeatedly from several different phone lines and it goes immediately to voicemail. They don't return calls. I've read some of the other reports, unfortunately, a little too late. Since our business is in Colorado, I will follow the advice of one of the rebuttals and file a formal complaint with the Douglas County Sheriff's Department. How are these folks still in business? And, how do the owners sleep at night?
