I wanted my $500.00 down payment back before 30 days

I put a $500.00 electronic down payment and Googled Warranty Activation to find the address to make the rest of the payment and was sent to the BBB and seen all the negative complaints against the company, so I decided to write them to get my down payment back. That was on a Friday. The next Monday I recieved a call from a Mike Simms and he assured me I had the the best bumper to bumper plan I could get, but because of all the negatives that I seen I told him I still wanted my money back. Two days later I had my money back in the bank. If Mr. Simms owned his own company, I would do business with him..
