Well you get an answer on the phone if you wait long enough but still no satisfaction or true answers. They don't say their out of business but that The State or Georgia has a hold on their funds. Seems the company is insured by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida 888-283-0945 and American Resources Insurance Company of Mobile, AL 251-633-2944 But expecting them to pay is a worst trip.
It's not the fact only they failed to pay repair claims but I'm left with no warranty.By no means do I want a refund on my policy, I want claims paid and my warranty for the duration of the contract. A refund will not even cover the cost of purchasing a contract with a reputable company most vehicles are now too late to buy coverage again. Seems everyone is between a rock and a hard place.
I've tried reporting to Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Cuyahoga County, Ohio and only one answer from North Carolina with an insurance company and a good luck.
