I have experience similar regrettable service with this company. I purchased the $1500 warranty when I financed a used car in March. Last week, I found out I needed service to my car. Like everyone else, myself and my service advisor from the dealership received a recording that normal operations would not begin until Ocotber 30th and to submit claims or inquiries via the internet. No one responded to our emails. Today, after two hours on hold, my service advisor spoke to a representative who told him that Ultimate Warranty Corporation no longer handles my contract and gave him a new number to another company. Well the number he received was not a working number. I am so ticked off with this company right now. Now I have to spend almost $400 in repairs and over $100 for a rental car when I contracted them to cover these items. I wish I had known about them before. I am very interested in being part of a class action lawsuit. I live in Wisconsin so I am not sure how that works, seeing some of the other consumers live in various states. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and use all the other information provided by "Enough is enough" in his report. I appreciate that very much. If anyone has any new information, continue to post it. This site has been very helpful in alleviating the stress I have felt in the last few weeks. Thank you and I hope all of us receive justice when this is all over.
