No lift.
All calls are left on hold or sent to voicemail
1st untruth: Woman said it was scheduled to be delivered 10/22; later find out this was never going to be the case.
2nd untruth: After letting a customer service phone ring for over 5 minutes late on a Friday, who answers but Steve Smith the salesman who sold it. Claims to be "Angry" that I don't have my lift. Will call first thing Monday. No call, does not answer repeated phone calls.
Finally tell the receptionist that I am going to contact the Attorney General; I get a call back in ~15 minutes, the first time since they received my payment that they have called my number.
Sales manager 'reads me a letter' to the affect that they have had trouble delivering since JULY and that they do not have my lift or my money, nor do they know when they will have either. Gets belligerent when I have the gall to question the company's ethics.
So they take my payment, knowing they cannot deliver anything, and admit that they are using current revenues to fund business going forward, so they have no equipment and no money, and hope to 'borrow' your money to pay me or get me a lift at some indeterminate time in the future. What are the odds?
