My friend has a loan through United Auto Credit and she is defaulted because her and her husband have experienced Financial Hardships in the past few weeks. At the time she took out this loan she did not know me. Recently I have been receiving phone calls from the United Auto Credit in Urbandale, IA asking for my friend. I have explained that I do not want them calling me at my workplace or cell phone numbers, however, they continue to do it. They call my friend like 3-4 times a day and leave rude messages. It is rude and un-necessary. She has explained she cannot have phone calls at work and they still continue to call her work number. What will it take to make these people stop!!!
How did they get my phone number to my cellular phone or especially my work phone number?! Can they access phone bills, etc? Help!
