Ok, after some time had passed I had the chance to use it again, well sent in the paperwork and well Then I called to see the status of my clamim. Guesss what folks, I told that they are in receiver ship, out of bussiness. So I paid the startup 350, plus 7 months of 69.00 a month and in the end got thr shaft.
