Ripoff, dishonest took 1,000.00 out of my checking account for downpayment and didn't return it

I went in to manchester volkswagon on Sunday afternoon to purchase new car gave them credit card # to hold car. Tuesday morning called to cancel purchase. They took 1,000 out of my account and didmn't return it ripoffs
