To Whom It Might Matter:
On March 4, I hired an automobile in the San Diego Airport Thrifty area. Throughout the check in procedure I realized that the table broker put my permit in only a little black-box. After I questioned why, she stated that a duplicate of my permit had been created. I had been not educated anytime beforehand that the backup of my permit could be created and that I am unaware of the procedure with every other rental car companies. I had been not informed why or exactly what the backup can be used for, the broker deceptively, although nicely, simply modified subjects. I believe it'd be good if clients were educated whenever a backup was made from their permit and just why it had been completed. Additionally, why achieved it seem that it had been not done-for everybody that hired at that time. I enjoy your help within this issue.
