Steve Ferrell at Greene County Choppers sold me a springer front end on ebay. I mailed a personal check in the amount of $835.34 to Greene County Choppers and it cleared. Steve gave me the run a round about when he would send the item.
Eventually I realized they were never going to send the item so I contacted Chris Ferrell through GCC email. Chris told me he would refund the amount, but he never did. I have not been able to contact them by email or phone since.
The purchase was made back in June. I have tried many times to call them, email them, and even sent letters. They absolutelly refuse to resolve this issue.
