This specific AAP shop found 1582 E. Commercial Blvd. Oakland Park, FL 33334 may be the toughest car shop I'd visited. After awaiting a cashier in a check-out before the shop for fifteen minutes, no cashier had turned up. After awaiting fifteen minutes, I Have went towards the back of the shop, towards the component division. The lady who had been remaining behind the table while taking her bubblegum stated "you'll need support". Yes, I stated, I had been awaiting fifteen minutes in the checkout. Now, an other woman strolled alongside the "attitute woman" behind the table who the cashier known as "Laura". Laura stated there's an indication in the check-out, cannot you study? I've stated if there is an indication, I might've read it, and Iam a teacher in a college, trust me I - can study, that will be accurate, Iam a teacher and train chemistry and biology in a nearby college. Now, Laura strolled towards the take a look at that will be situated in top of the shop intensely, appeared around to get a handful of moments and returned, stated there's no indication, you've to pay for below. I have stated not a problem and settled my quantity. No apologizes to be rude, lacking the sign within the entrance and accusing the client for not studying the unseen indication, no thank yous with no goodbyes, etc...
I Have visited additional AAP shops and had never thought such as this, degraded, pay by both of these ladies.inadequate customer support from these unprofessional individuals. I really hope this concept discovers the best person/location.
