Fradulant diagnosis of AC estimate of $1590.00, car only needed 50 dollars of freon

Dawn, a lady service rep at the Midway Infinity dealership called after two days and said that they could not reproduce the problem. We had intermittently working airconditioning. She said they would have the head tech' look at it... 2 more days later she called me stumbling through her words about the inner workings of my compressor and said that the entire system would have to be replaced for $1590.00. I told her to get the car ready for pick up and that I would be there immediately.

I picked up the car and was told that they were sorry to not have fixed my car. Well the AC workded perfectly on my way home and has ever since. I called the General Manager who assured me that there was no attempt at a RIP-OFF, which is his job, and that I really do have a serious AC problem and that it would reoccur soon. Today marks 4.5 months and the AC still puts out colder air than you can leave on.

Obviously they added a pound or two of Freon and then tried to rip me off. I have never said no to them before, so they expected me to agree to the repair. I did not leave them enough time to release the new freon and cover their tracks. I want revenge.
