WFS Financial is a nightmare firm that I am going to report online to the FTC, FCC, and in person to the Scottsdale car dealer finance officer who recommended their services.
Despite payments on time, insurance information submitted on time, 20 hours total of faxes, calls, and WFS disonnected calls, nothing is resolved with this company.
As a first time consumer using WFS Financial, the most glaring problem that the company suffers is that the offices in Texas, California, and Arizona are not efficiently linked together. One site contradicts the other site, one site makes agreements during the day, while some night shift site tries abusive language and incorrect data to allege non-payment as well as no insurance information received.
The second major problem is that WFS Financial reads back incorrect information to the customer, to the care dealer's financial officer, and to the bank representatives with this customer witnessing/conference call listening to the whole mess.
I understand hard ball being played against dead beats but an honest consumer, an honest car dealer, and an honest bank must not be treated in such a manner. I regret not researching WFS Finace first at this fine web site.
