They said my windshield wipers wouldn't pass inspection because they were both ripped. Funny, they worked fine yesterday during a torrential downpour.
They charged me $20.00 labor and $15.92 for the 2 blades, for a total of $35.92, plus the $14.00 for the inspection.
I'm sure they ripped my blades intentionally, because they were fine yesterday during the downpour. Not one streak across my windshield while in use.
