Based upon my experience with C.A.R.S. Protection Plus, Inc., I can only say their customer service stinks, they impose impossible restrictions in order to cut corners, push used parts, and make demands designed only to force delays and to discourage warranty work.
Based upon their experience with CARS, local West Texas dealers refuse to work with them at all. Obviously, this is a calculated position by CARS as it further reduces claims from customers who want repair work done by reputable shops.
They are only interested in collecting their premium, and try everything they can think of to avoid paying even portiont of a claim.
