I had a windshield replaced on my vehicle on 1/2/03. Assuming this was a reputable company, that had been referred to me by my insurance company I had the windshield replaced. Then on November 11 I went to leave work to find out my car battery was dead. I take it in to have the problem fixed we replace the relay same thing happens again take it back to toyota replace the switch also have the battery replaced happens again.

Take it in on December 28 th they run water on it for 3 hours while they take the whole dashboard apart and find out the windshield had been not installed correctly and water had been trickling into the circut box and ruined the wiring harness and the fuse box. (this is a major expense).

I contact executive glass on the 30th they are closed for the holiday weekend will reopen 1/3/06 call on the 3rd spoke with them they were going to send an adjuster to toyota to look at my car I have been trying to get a hold of someone ever since. On top of it all I needed the windshield repaired before my car could be fixed or it would continue to damage my car.
