My name is Dorian Wesley from Louisiana. I'm reporting Omar Tobeh he own's an collision shop and buy's cars from the aution and sells them. I went to purchace an automobile (Infiniti) from him in June 05. Omar said that the car would be ready in a week because it had minor engine problem, s. And a friend refered me to him I gave him $2,000.00 so he wouldn, t sell it. Weeks went by and whenever I'd finally speak with him he'd say it's almost done. I really didn't mind the wait at first because I was busy getting ready to open a hair salon and recording studio in a few month's. And with no transportation it was already hard tring to get my businesses together I ended up losing out on alot of buiness, time, money and effort as well as caused me family problems and setbacks.
On Oct. 24 Omar then gave me another Infiniti not the one I was suppose to originally buy only to fine out that the Infiniti he'd sold me was a lemon. I'd only kept the car over the weekend after I got it and brought it back and he said he'd fix it. It had a bad oil leak, running hot, no a/c. Windows wouldn't go down etc. To this day he still hasn't finished with the car, yet other cars are coming in being fixed and leaving for others.
As you can see I am a very patient person but enough is enough.
The same old stories went on for month's From June 05. To as I type this report Jan. 06. And I still don't have my $2,000.00 nor a car from Omar at "Top Cars Collision Center". Just last week it so happened that an ES 300 Lexus was brought into his shop he said, "wanna trade the infiniti that's was given to me for the Lexas and I said yeah and that's Been 2 weeks ago. And he told me today that it was suppose to be finish but it's not even in his shop present moment. And It's alway's a run around with him at the same time i keep asking for my money or my car that i paid $2,000.00 for in June of 05.
Being that so much time has pass since then i've lost alot of time and money behind his bad business. I got a family and kids as well as 2 businesses I am tring to maintain without an automobile. Time is money and I have cancled alot of meeting for my businesses.
