The problem with these lowlifes started when my husband was stationed in Kuwait. Before he went to Kuwait, he sent in his orders to these losers and he was supposed to get a reduced interest rate under the SSCRA. (Sailors and Soldiers Relief Act)
He sent his orders given to him by the Military and yet it wasnt good enough for Americredit Rip-off. He was supposed to get the reduced interest rate for every month that he was in Kuwait and on active duty. Well, after he left I would contact them repeatedly. Faxes, emails, certifed letters, with these same orders he had already sent them over ten times. Every time they would say they werent written correctly. I have the power of attorney to take care of this and yet he has to keep emailing these losers from Kuwait and finally the JAG had to get involved to get them to reduce the interest rate. Two months had gone by and we still didnt know the reduced amount.
The JAG informed them that they were breaking the law and it took them from November to January to get the interest rate reduced. They are a bunch of thieves and liars and deliberately mess your account up. While he was in Kuwait, those losers in Huntersville, NC, who are as rude and hateful as you can get, well they started calling my friends and family members and asking them did he really go to Kuwait and what his duties were in the military. THe liars first acted like they were one of his good buddies and my family are not stupid, so they said who is this??? These liars would laugh and say oh, didnt I identify myself, I am sorry... Dang liars...
By this time we had to get the Pentagon involved. They knew that he was in Kuwait, they had over 20 copies of his orders and over 100 emails, and repeated phone calls. Finally this flaming b*ch named Amy Quinn who cant decide if she is a lawyer, a clerk, or a paralegal, well she got involved and showed her butt royally. She messed everything up worse than it was. We also contacted Senator RIchard Burr's office and they had to notify Americredit to stop harassing my family and myself. These losers think the law does not pertain to them and when you purposely ignore military orders, that tells you what kind of underhanded scum bags you are dealing with.
Here is the clincher, after my huband came home from Kuwait, they had put our account in charge - off unbeknowing to us.
That Amy Quinn did that, the underhanded snake, and then when he got back home he called her and others at Americredit. He was told that he had to come up with this outrageous amount to get the car out of charge-off. We had been paying the payments, but at the reduced interest rate, under the law. They got mad because they were losing money and pulled this crap. They added all these trumped up fees and late charges, and 5,000 dollars we had sent went into an account they called recovery. They refused to apply it to principal and I think Amy Quinn put it in her pocket for a bonus. Also, our loan was for 32,000 and we paid over 19,000 dollars and they say we still owe them 28.000. You do the math and tell me what is wrong with this picture.
Last Tuesday night, November 15th at appx. 10:30 pm the lowlifes came and picked up our vehicle. No notice, no warning, no anything. HE had just talked to them a few weeks earlier and was trying to work out a settlement. They are the lowest scum of the earth. The next morning we call them to see if they have the car and they give us an address to pick up our personal property.
We get there and they have a list of our property and it is thrown in garbage bags. The lowlife bastard they sent to get the car charged us 50 dollars for our stuff and it wasnt all there in the bags. They threatened to call the police because I wanted to go through my car myself. They had already taken the car to Charlotte, NC and still yet our stuff was missing.
My husband has a military sticker on the vehicle, that we had to threaten these losers with Homeland Security to get that back. They stole my social security card and my wallet out of the car and also my childs cd's. They even stole a bible out of there. You know these devil worshipers are not going to read it.
My sterling silver earrings were missing and these losers threw the ashtray that belongs in the car, well they threw it in with my personal belongings. I had to call the people in Charlotte who have my vehicle to look through my car to see if the billfold and missing items were in there and they werent. We pay 50 dollars to get crap back that is already ours, and half of it is not there. The Complete Asset COmpany was hired by Americredit to get the vehilce and the loser owner of this company will not return our calls and discuss the missing items. We have filed a police report and also filed a fraud charge against Americredit and Complete Asset Recovery. Somebody is going to pay for stealing my SS card.
Now, we have no vehicle and we got the letter from AMericredit losers six days later after they took the vehicle.
I hope they all burn in h*l and h*l is too good for these lying cheating theives. My husband was out trying to serve his country and he was and is entitled to the reduced interest rate and now we cant afford an attorney to do anything about this. We need people to help us fight them and stop this communism once and for all. They are schedule to auction my car off on December 8th and I plan to be there to see what they get for it.
ALso, I am going to tell the media to come and let them see Americredit took away a car from a soldier because of the reduced interest rate. The car was wrecked in and i was nearly killed in the accident. Americredit I am sure will not acknowledge that it has been wrecked, but I sure am going to.
I was raise not to hate, but I hate these people more than anything in this world. THey worship Satan and hopefully they will be happy together when they burn in hell. I am out 19.000 dollars and no vehicle and now my credit will be ruined forever. Why cant this EVIL be stopped??? // Somebody please help us...
