I bought a 98 hyandai from cactus jack's auto on 9/06/05. Since we bought it they have made several atempts to fix the ac but have failed. They sell lemmon cars and then don't want to fix them. We have had the car in our possession maybe 1 week out of 5. All the other days they have had it and still expect us to pay for the car.
They had it almost 1 week and said it was fixed. When I picked it up brought it home and checked the tempature of the ac. The dealership stated it should read 45- 50 degrees. Well it read 85 degrees. A long ways from 45-50.
I then called the manager and told him I either want the money we have paid on this car or I want a different car. He replied this is Saturday there's nothing I can do.
Now it's time for us to go to the media and report them to the bbb and attorney general office. Everyone that has had a lemmon experience from them needs to band together and get something done. Also when we got the car it was not safe to be on the road. The front tires was bad and the gear shifter didn't lock in place.
I feel something really needs to be done about them selling unsafe cars.
