Sold me a New car that's actually rusted and flooded underneath Total RIPOFF

I bought brand new Honda Civic for my son's birthday (3/5, Saturdat). Every day the car has lots of condensation internally, But I did not pay attention and did not hear anything wrong from my son. 3 days later (Tuesday) I drove back to dealer to install alarm system. My hand touch the floor mat when I got home, it all soaked. Then I found out lots water inside. I have to use power vacumme machine outside car wash place to suck the water out. Then I call dealer to report the problem. They want me take car back for check.

Wednesday, the report state the car submerged in water. But they will not admit is their fault. Try to blame on me. I talk to sales and he say he will talk to service manager tomorrow.

I call America Honda on Wednesday ask for help!!! Guess what? They told me they only trust what dealer said. Unless I can reproduce the problems. I told them this is not mechnical problem and how can I reproduce the problem unless I put the car into water.

Thursday, The sales manager call me ask me go to dealer to talk. He say it is impossible the car got flooded. I told him I saw the water mark underneath. He say when car was drive through the parking lot has dirt and water to cause it the water mark. He still won't admit the car got flooded. He say best he can do is wash my car.

Friday, I took my car to other dealer to check. They lift up the car and walk through with me. I cannot believe my eyes. The Car underneath has lots mud, water mark. Their 3 technician inform me the car got flooded. The dealer cannot sell this car as new car. Service manager write the report stated the car was submerged in deep water. Then I drove back to Diamond bar Honda, ask service manager lift up the car and ask sales manager to see the car. The sales manager still try to blame on me because underneath has grass and their parking lot does not have grass.

I explain to him because gardener clean the yard and blow some grass under the car that is why. He still told me the best thing they can do is completed detail the car. I ask for the new car. He wanted me to write the letter to America Honda to ask for a new car. I told him I will write the letter but first get the GM out. So The GM look the car, replace a new car for me.By the time is completed my whole day is gone.

This is ripoff. Although I got another new car. All the time and energe been wasted. I wonder how many new car buyers purchase from this dealer got flooded car without knowing. If I did not know that inside has lot of water, I will never check underneath body to find out the car is submerged in water. Because they clean the car exept the underbody.

Whoever bought new car from this dealer this year should check your car inside out.

America Honda's customer relationship is ripoff too. They won't help, I have fight with dealer by myself. After I complain to manager. He told me if dealer exchange the car then nothing he can do. They don't do anything before I got another car neither. They don't care about their reputation.

I took the pictures of the car. The car got flooded VIN# is JHMES16545S001459. I hope whoever going to buy this car know the conditions.
