This company is THE WORST! I contracted this company to move my 1991 Mercedes 300d in late December. They had a scheduled pickup in early January but failed to even pick the car up on time. And it has been one lie after another since then.

They said it would be 10 to 14 days to deliver but it is now well over a month and still they have no idea where my car is or when it will be delivered.

In fact, they didn't even know where San Jose, California was.

Here is my calling log from the start until today... FEB 6th.

Phone log:

Late december - spoke with ed - he said my car will be transported by one of their trucks only. Door to door. On outside truck. Within 7 to 14 days. Car available to me on 1/14 but wasn't even picked up over a week late. My dealer had to call them personally to get them to do it as they called, they told him they would be there, so he waited for them, but no one showed up. And that was just the start of the failures to perform even the simplest of tasks.

1/19/05 - went to website, and it says my delivery date is now 2/28.

1/24/05 - went to website again, delivery date now changed to 2/2/05. Called them and they were not able to track car like i was told by ed.

After this, i got scared so i went on the internet and unexpectedly read over 40 negative complaints about this company on epinions. Now i was really worried.

1/28 10:00 am - called and was told car was in alabama-call back at noon for more specific information-it was on their own truck

Called again 1/28 12:00 pm - this time they said car was in fontana. Girl said she will talk to the supervisor and call back in 20 minutes.

Called 1/28 1:15 pm - no call back. Called again was told the supervisor was at lunch and would not be back for 30 minutes and that she would call then.

Called 1/28 2:15 pm - no call back. Called again and was told the supervisor is still not there. According to her records, the car is in livermore now but i got the number for the livermore location and spoke to them and they said it is NOT in livermore: 925 443 1300 - bl 6596746 (THIS WAS ALL IN THE SAME DAY - ALABAMA, FONTANA, LIVERMORE - they didn't even know where my car was)

Called 1/31 11:00 am - girl said car is in not in fontana but arizona, on their lot, on their truck and will be here this wednesday, the 2nd of February.

Called 2-2 12:00 pm - was told my car was still in arizona. And not going to be here until next wednesday, feb 9th.

It is now feb 6th, no calls. No information. No updates of any kind.

NEVER, EVER use this company. They should be shut down and sued.
