I ordered wheels and tires from Power Performance Racing after finding the site from a search on the web. I emailed them specifics about my vehicle in order to ensure that the correct size would be shipped and I sent them a check for the wheels and tires, which was cashed 2 weeks after it was mailed.
After the money was received, I was notified by the company that they no longer had the wheels that I requested, but they would be happy to send me another set. Since they did not have what the set I ordered, I asked for my money back.
I was initially told that a check had been cut and had been mailed to me on the 28th of November. When I did not receive a check, I called the company and was told that they had made a mistake and the check was mailed out on the 26th of December.
Near the middle of January, I phoned the company again to inquire about the return of my money. After being insulted, I was put on hold so that I could speak with the Manager, James. After several hours on hold, I finally hung up and called back the next day only for the same thing to happen.
This is the biggest bunch of Con-artists I have ever encountered in my life, and I just want my money returned and the world to know never to do business with this company.
