When you enter their store they'll tell you that you can be set up with all new brakes for $99. This is never true, so don't believe them. Ask anyone who's been there, you'll never get out with $99 of work.
I ended up spending more than $900 in repairs that I was later told were not required. I was not given my old parts (which is required by law) when I requested them one day after removal. Supposedly I had signed a contract releasing my used parts, which I don't doubt. However, I was never told that I was signing for that (So read the fine print!).
The guys in the shop reffered to my car as a "rocket". Makes you wonder what they treat your car like on a test drive.
They broke a hub cap on the car, and were going to make me pay for it (even though it wasn't broke when I brought it in.
They will make you wait much longer than they tell you initially, so don't make any plans for the day/evening.
Don't trust what they say is broken. I took my car to two shops (both Just Brakes) and got two different opinions.
The employees call each other inappropriate names in front of customers.
You will be treated like an idiot in the store. They assume that every consumer knows a brake system inside and out.
