The 60 bus passing 17th & Prospect is 5-10 minutes early EVERY day. I get to the bus stop 5 minutes early and it's already passed. I use this bus for work. Online and by texting, it says it should be there at 6:43. Change the times so people don't think they can catch a bus that's already passed.
