To whom It may concern:
We will continously pound continental Warranty until we force them into chapter 11 Banckruptcy Procededings through the US Circuit Court of Appeals. More people need to come forward on this company as they are bilking Million's of dollars from customers and not providing a good product.
My wife and I are consumer advocates and are working with state and national laws very diligently to resolve these issues. Continental Warranty is going to come forward or pay the consiquences of dealing with Defense Attornies at a very high price. The cost to them could very easily be their carreers and their jobs to support them and their families.
Folks I have been in the customer relations business for over 30 years. I love my job and if they love theirs I suggest they start producing a product that is cost effective and maintains a good customer base and delivers what it is supposed to. "freedom from high cost of repairs". Because if you don't have happy customers you don't have a bussiness or job!
P.S. Continental Warranty may take care of small things. IE Alternator's, A/C Compressors, Starter Motors ETC. When it comes to major repairs like Blown Engines they don't follow through and then they want to replace your engine with like quality. So that means if my engine blew at 82,000 Original Miles they want to go to the Junk yard and replace it with another engine og like quality with 82,000 miles on it.
Now I don't know about you but that is just plain ignorant and above all stupid. I have been repairing automobiles since I was 16 I am now 52. You always replace at better than what you removed. Replacement Parts under OEM Specifications are supposed to be better than Original.
