In August I ordered a gallon of their product which when added to the engine oil and fuel tank is supposed to improve gas mileage and fuel consumption.
On August 24, I received an order # 199482158 confirming my order and that I had payed them $186.00 for the product and $12.65 shipping & handling for a total amount of $198.65.
I also received two additional e-mails from them on that date. One thanking me for my order and another one refering to a free $150.00 bonus gift gas card that I would be receiving.
Time passed and I didn't receive my order, but I thought that because it was a liquid material and may be considered a hazardous material that it would take longer to arrive.
At the end of September I started calling and leaving my name and number along with the order number for reference.in October I called and low and behold a female voice answered and I explained the situation to her and she responded that they were experiencing a problem with the manufacturer and that they were expecting to receive the product in early November and that my order would be shipped out to me around November 8.By the end of November - nothing, an empty promise.
On December 2 I received an E-mail from forcemovement.com advertising a Christmas special with 15% discount and the free gas card for $150.00 Just go to www.forcemovement.com/christmas to receive the special discount! I responded to that with an E-mail requesting that they honor my first order before expecting someone to be idiot enough to re-order.
As of this date 12-12-12 I have not received the product, a refund, or even a call of explanation.in fact, they still do not answer the telephone or respond to an E-mail you send to them.
I even indicated that I was contacting the State Attorney Generals office with a complaint to no avail. I contacted their office today just prior to writing this ripoff complaint.
This company needs to be shut down and legally forced to make restitution to everyone that they have ripped of as I know that they have done this to many more people and will continue to do so until stopped by the authorities.
I fully anticipate contacting the Federal Communications authorities as they are using the internet and also are operating across State lines as well as International Borders.in addition, I am contacting the Canadian authorities for additional assistance with this matter as I feel they need shut down and I am the one to make it happen.
