Bayt is just a waste of period for both candidates and work cards.
Bayt's software relevance ranking calculations are shamefully awry. Every day my softwareis ratings very changed. Oneday my software is rated at placement 10 out-of 400 competitive candidates. 24 hours later it plummets right down to 350 from 400. These crazy shifts proceed every day FOR SEVERAL my programs despite having created no modifications to my account.
That Is profoundly annoying after having lost hours establishing a merchant account and trying to get careers. Till Bayt gets its company so as its customers is likely to be losing their period and never obtaining price through this job board.
