I work on the Gamestop in Aspen Hill/Silver Spring, on Connecticut Ave, and that I am annoyed. There are many issues plaguing the achievement of our shop (reduced hours, sluggish workers, insufficient experienced administration) nevertheless, these are issues for many companies nowadays. What kills my satisfaction in my own function and disgusts me, as equally a worker along with a customer, may be the obvious lying by workers (especially administration) to clients. Out of every position the administration attempts to pull every penny they are able to from clients without respect for exactly how we are noticed from the community. Broken activities, methods and components are intentionally offered, guarantees while offering in many cases are not recognized, pre-orders are actually begged for by workers and later declined to become terminated about the idea that it'll harm the shop figures. YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT! The shop administrators WOn't return your cash for you, and inform you that they're capable but won't simply because they haven't had enough preorders previously that evening. It just happened in my experience, a worker, today! You will find numerous more types of the same, and thus, so a lot more issues, but Gamestop doesn't deserve my phrases plus they don't deserve your cash.
