There are 20 of us at the Fire Department that typed in our names to see this farce. Of course every single one of us had a "record." I called the office to report this error and to get a fax number to send our information in. I did not think that we all should have to pay to have it removed, not even for the cost of a stamp. I was transferred from a representative to a supervisor to a very rude manager. When I told the manager that I had him on speaker so that we all could hear his respond he hung up on me. All my children are on this website, most my coworkers and we have to pass a security clearance. This is a total farce.
