I recently requested a Criminal Justice teacher placement at Healds San Jose area. I've worked in-law enforcement for 30 years, and maintain a Community College Whole Life Teaching Credential. The interview was going good, till 10 units in to the meeting, when a from the title of "Nelly" enters the area. She does not expose himself, merely discusses my Application, then states, "your not competent, that you don't possess a BA level". I told her The Creditial matches all their MQis, and so they have additional places that use teachers with stated creditials. She subsequently mentioned she was overdue for another visit, then left. Both unique meeting people went from ostensibly providing me employment, towards the justification they do not have any jobs avaiable. I discussed that I've trained (39 various topic issues) for 10 years at our school, possess a paralegal certicificate, was in politics for 8 years, and published and applied our divisions Utilization Of Pressure plan statewide, not just was I competent, but achieved the MQis per the Chancellor's office of Community Schools for that state-of California. They might have cared less. Ms. Nelly established the tone. Whats actually too poor is the fact that they're said to be The Same opportunity Company, however they do not actually follow their very own hiring practrices, or understand what they're. Sadly, their pupils suffer with lacking teachers with real area and actual lifetime encounter vs having some 22-year old teacher that's wet-behind the ears, and understands nothing about actual life, however alone the topic matter they're training. To top it down, Heald just gives a bit more than minimal wage. No surprise they cannot get skilled team. Dissatisfied... Closed Wayne F
