I also worked a-3 time concert for promosynthesis in october to get a key customer. I'd lots of issues with the corporation! They reserved me for an event and before the checks were released (2 weeks later obviously) - they sent me the paperwork to accomplish (unprofessional, you send the paperwork before the function otherwise the independent company believes you'll have to do it at the conclusion of the year before fees) i delivered my paperwork and waited 14 days (after all of the other employees have been paid right now) to obtain a reaction that their email have been taken. Kendall managed the paperwork procedure and she was very rude, unorganized and unprofessional saying they were going to hold back 14 days before issuing inspections out for the employees to see if they were being processed within the mail or when they were really taken since it cost them 35$ a check to re-issue. It was not my issue an n honestly i do not treatment if it expenses you 500$! I did so my share of the work and legally you've a particular window-frame to pay for me and what happens to your organization shouldn't disability me being an person! The bottom line is i obtained my cost 4 effing weeks after the function - the only real cause i got the function was for extra spending money for x-mas for my family and friends and since it squeeze into my duty brackett in 2010. I obtained the sign in mid feb and today i'm stuck needing to issue this silly occasion for my fees this season which obviously wasn't prepared! Very annoying, easily had known it was going to occur i'd haven't worked this event! I'm so tired of these businesses managing people like they're expanding specifically for the quantity of money they charge their clients for "competent model ambassadors" and spending us an extremely small percentage for work that's demeaning along with a waste of period.
