Graybar is definitely an employee-owned organization that has existed quite a long time, was integrated in 1925. Some limbs of the organization appear to believe it is still 1925. The department in Canton, Iowa is more backwards Compared To Beverly Hillbillies. They appear to genuinely believe that the best way to handle the department would be to eliminate or demote workers who're hard-working and whose ideals and suggestions do not function the very best attention of the individual in control there. This manageris name is "Sales Manager" however he's responsible for every part of the whole department and he's to micromanage anything. He also loves to offend his workers, particularly those who might possibly do his work blindfolded.
