Allowing young children in the kitchen during buisness hours

While working at francos there where many incidents in which they allowed there daughter in the kitchen where food was made and prep. I had accidents in which hot plated of food and drink trays where split on myself in order for the young child not to be harmed. We asked them to keep her out of the kitchen but they failed to do so.
