I had been advised I'd be running programs for numerous businesses, and data-entry for them.
It ended up I had been to put an advertisement on various internet sites and have people for $15 delivered thru Paypal after which deliver them exactly the same email informing them ways to get $15 from individuals to let them know to setup on various internet sites requesting them for $15 to inform them just how to put up on the web sites... Etc, etc, etc.
No software running, no businesses to work with, simply getting everybody $15
Is that this a fraud?
