I ordered meal for four people and the total was 22.80 euros. I had a lot of change so I gave the cashier 52 euros so I could get 30 euros in bills. First of all the cashier that took my money was not the one who rang the order, when she gave me the 20 cents change I told her she owes me 30 euros. She proceeded to say she has to check the till. She takes the till in the back and then says it is only offy by 9 euros so I didn't give her a fifty note. I asked her to check the camera she said no only the police can check and she gave me the number of the police which I couldn't call because I didn't have a local phone. It turns out that the cameral above the register is fake because I spoke with the mall security and they said it was just a prop. The management was very rude and did nothing to resolve the issue. I tried to tell the cashier that I only had fifty notes and there was no way I gave her a 20 euro note. I think she routinely does this because I was making a big fuss about my money but they wouldn't call the police to resolve. Don't go there, the staff is rude and the customers are never right. The person who stole my money was from portugal and the african man was her accomplice. They know who they are.
