We went to the Cheesecake Factory in Mission Viejo Mall. Always enjoy it there. Nice to sit outside! Service was fine! My disappointment was in the salad I ordered and suggested to our guest! It was a BLT Salad. Sad to say I couldn't find any bacon to speak of! Instead we had egg and peppers (not on menu) and the dressing had no flavor of bacon as was the case before this. What happened? If you are out of the ingrediants, why not tell people and they can order something else. Now I don't trust your menu!!
