Store#31827 in pasadena, tx is relatively new and the absolute worst ljs i have ever been in. Have been there twice, the first time an off duty employee was behind the counter in shorts and halter type top. The rest was decent that trip. The last time i went was june8 and there wer no clean tables, the trash overflowing and floors looked like they had not been swept and mopped in several days. The chicken had been cooked for so long it was dried out, the fries were cold, etc. There were 5 employees that i counted in the back laughing and playing. There were only 3 other customers in the building so they definitely were not busy. It was at 1:30 pm. When one worker finally came out to the lobby she was very slow and uninspired to clean up. Used a napkin not a sanitized towel to wipe tables and then wiped crumbs and debris in the floor.
