On Sept 10th we ordered one menu and one extra burger at Antalya Airport Burger King (Intl terminal 2). Here is how they maximize the profit out of travels:
1. Push the customer to pay in foreign currency (Eur) with an outrageous foreign exchange rate (2.2 instead of 2.58).
2. Refuse to serve small sized menu ("small menu is finished").
3. Charge large size menu and serve medium size.
4. After a long complain, they finally accepted to reimburse what was charged extra... But tried to give back only half of it. We had to insist again to get the exact refund. Local management was involved but won't talk to us.
We talked to other tourists around us and confirmed the pattern: anybody not complaining was paying 20% extra vs what was served.
I will stay away from this brand for a while - they don't seem to control their franchised restaurants. Such an obvious scam done to many international travellers should have been spotted and stopped from the start.
