Purchased a deli chicken from Superstore (provided to them through lilydale), i was eating the chicken and there were stones in them. While chewing i damaged my teeth. It was painful and uncomfortable for the 2/3 days before i could get a dentist appointment. I had to take a vacation day in order to attend my dentist to repair my damaged teeth. After very slow and bad customer service through lilydale i was finally provided my reimbursement amount of 100$ (my dental bill was 500 but i have coverage which covered 400). They are not willing to compensate me for taking a day off in order to get this completed because "i was paid". The most frustrating part is that there were no phone calls returned (called back once after 4 left messages and emails requesting a phone call) and this all took approximately 5 months to be handled.
