Today, 12/16/09, I went through the drive-thru at the Burger King in Lewisville. It's pretty dirty looking and I rarely go to that one. Got home and my order was screwed up - I ordered a large onion rings and the onion rings didn't even reach the top of the container. I also ordered a couple of whoper jr's - the lettuce on the burgers loked like it was two weeks old. They also gave me some sort of nasty chicken sandwich with jalopeno's on it. I'm thinking one of the Mexican workers there made that for himself and accidentally gave it to me instead of one of my burgers because it was covered with jalopenos. Reardless, I did't get what I ordered. When I discovered that they messed up my order, I called the phone number on the receipt for the restaurant. All I get when I try to call it is a fax tone. I've tried several times and I always get a fax tone. Here, you try it: 972-436-1700. I called the BK corporate office in Miami, FL and I was put on hold forever... Okay, 15 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and told the lady I want to talk to somone and she put my into a voice mail box to leave a message. Burger King SUCKS. I may never go to another one, and I'll NEVER go to the one in Lewisville, TX again.
