At 7:30 pm Manager swept the floor of the store infront of guest who were eating. Dust and debris were flying all over in front of food and customers. He was not wearing any gloves while doing it. He finished and a customer came to ask him for some coffee. Manager did not wash his hands and did not wear any gloves. He shouted to the other employees to empty the trash. Employees dumped one trash into another trash bin behind the counter in front of the open food. They were speaking different language but I was able to understand that they did not like their job and the pay and they cant find another employment because they did not have their "papers" yet.
Employee refused to let a 7yr old use the restroom. Employee said to customer.."whose next place your order now" What do you want!?!"
Who is the owner? This franchise needs to be seriously reviewed and shut down immediately. I will take serious action against them. I am contacting BBB with this dilemma.
