Uniform Supplier Refused to Ship $188 Order to Former Employee

First of all please read the following about Barco Uniforms. Then I will provide my story:

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. This Josh Donner the vice president of it is absolutely ridiculous. He will not ship me the $188 worth of uniforms that I paid for (not including shipping). He says that only owners/operators can order it which is baloney. These were McDonald's uniforms I was trying to order from. I legitimately worked there and felt I could order uniforms for work. I even paid this with my personal credit card.
