I visited the bk in columbus nebraska this morning april 18th. We ordered a new sasage muffin sandwitch and the muffin had this black burnt stuff all over the bottum of the bun and it had a piece the size of a pencil erraser. I took it in to the manager and her said it was the toaster I said he needed to clean it it is gross he said it is not toxic and that we could eat it. Were do you get these people I was told never serve what you would not serve yourself. I live only a few block fron the store and visit a lot the people that work during the week are som very nice polite people and would never of said this but to tell me to feed a burnt durty black chunk of muffin to my child this is just wrong and gross.
