I went to work for the Hutchins' at Fat Joe's Pizza, in Frisco, on an emergency basis after learning their crew had been taken away by the Immigration service. He told me and all the others who showed up to help him, he was going to pay us in cash for a couple of days until he could get a formal kitchen crew hired.
Those of us helping him cleaned and cooked and made his restaurant shine, I began to notice that he was doing nothing to hire a new crew and that he was doing some really questionable things
Long story short, after numerous promises that he would pay me and others, he has refused. He has made numerous appointments to meet with me to get me my money, and has not shown up. I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt thinking that he was simply overwhelmed with life, to no avail. When two of the guys demanded their promised wages, he fired them on the spot. When another employee demanded to be paid, Corbett got upset and called the Frisco Police to report the employee was trespassing. Funny thing though, Corbett left before the police got there!!!
Stay away from this character, do not work at Fat Joe's Pizza in Frisco.
Do not eat at Fat Joe's in Frisco... Im not kidding, inspect the food handling and storage methods first!
