New England Soup Factory charged our credit card twice. Once on the date of purchase and the second time 14 days later when a new billing cycle of our credit card started. When contact about this, they apologized and said that they would take care of it. It has been more than two months now and we still haven't heard from them. The amount was for $19.95, not big, however, annoying and dishonest nevertheless.
