Wrong order and bad customer service!

I began likely to the Taco Bell in West Chicago, Illinois about 2 yrs ago. Actually, I used-to regular Taco Bell 2 to 3 times each week and after todayis visit I've chose to NEVER RETURN! (I've gotten numerous incorrect purchases and experienced several lazy workers as of this area). After numerous previous activities of extreme waiting times and realizing the most obvious try to exclusively often the push thru, I discovered quickly to only purchase via the drive thru.

Today, I requested in the drive-thru intercom, where the order-taker exhibited the right purchase about the purchasing monitor. After I contacted the window I observed a carrier currently resting about the corner of the available collection screen. This instantly concerned me since it was 14 levels external and my purchase was subjected to the cold. When I sadly anticipated, the worker in the screen passed me the notorious carrier and mumbled the sum total in my experience. I taken care of my food and pulled forward to check on my purchase. I popped the carrier simply to discover my food packed in a carrier which was far too little. The very first product I acquired was said to be a hot chicken burrito. Alternatively was various other burrito created using a stale tortilla. This tortilla was therefore stagnant that it broke aside in my own hand. Next, was said to be an easy vegetable burrito. The worker responded, "I actually donot perform the drive-thru." I discussed that I had been not presently within the drive-thru but standing within the reception. Our demand attracted the interest of each worker within the shop and that I was instantly resolved with a lady claiming to become the supervisor. The girl insisted that she was educated of my wrong purchase, but she was active.By this time around I had been discouraged and that I simply needed my cash back. I required my reimbursement and described that I had been not provided a bill with my initial purchase. After some marketing the supervisor exposed the money register and offered me my cash back. The whole event lost about 25 units of my period. There is no grin using the support, and of course an apology. I'll inform everybody I understand concerning the bad support as of this area and today was my last moment actually investing cash at Taco Bell.
