Did not get my $50.00 gift certificate

I registered for that $50.00 Soup's gift-card by purchasing among the items required that we did by purchasing the Ivoty White at $4.87. Got charged and got item. Didn't get my $50.00 gift certificate. There is room to contact or create and so I tapped in again and got you,
